Value Engineering for Cost Efficiency

Value engineering (VE) is an organized system of investigation and optimization using trained, multi-disciplinary teams to analyze the requirements of a project for the purpose of achieving its essential functions at the lowest total cost (capital, operation, and maintenance) over the life cycle of each project.

This service is not about cost saving for its own sake, nor about sacrificing quality over budget. Owners who drive benefit from a VE evaluation of their projects include both public (Civil and Military) and private sector entities.
